Harper majority : say hello to North American Union!

I'm in Manitoba, and they haven't even counted our votes yet.. Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia still have to be counted as well. So, if as you say, the Conservatives have a majority, then it's the east coast, Quebec and Ontario that gave it to him... Watch who you are calling turds!

Quebec voted NDP in a big way. We can say bye to the Bloq which is pretty fucking sweet.

People think NAU as USA, Canada and Mexico... but NA is also central america and the caribean. There will be a massive migration north. Vancouver is fucked, it will be the most tolerable for southerners and the shanties will spring up everywhere.

Canada is now officially far more to the right fringe than even the USA. We are so fucked. Harper is a true uptight vengeful fundamentalist evangelical control freak. And he's smart, and unlike other politicos, he is what he is and doesn't have to pretend to be something else to get elected by his base.

What contempt really means

i voted NDP for the first time.

My options were to vote for Stephen Harper again, Ignatieff, or Layton and no one else on the ballot. Instead of throwing it out i figured i would give Jack Layton a chance. Everyone says he thinks money grows on trees; so what let him, at least an advisor will straighten him out pretty quickly.

i much rather than then hear from my friend that there was a secret deal to buy $32 billion worth of Stealth Bombers. Lets say they are $1 billion each, why the heck does Canada need that many Stealth Bombers.

I always figured anyone Assumed ALL land from Mexico and south when they said South America/Mexico when referring to Mexico in relation to NAU?

Just as I always assume anything north of the USA (which is the middle America) is NORTHERN America, right?

Peeved that draconian downloading laws will be enacted with the new majority.

There's no stopping it. It's been in the works for so long now. I remember reading about their efforts towards "equilibrium" between the peso and the dollar almost ten years ago.

Here we are ten years later and the dollar is doomed, making parity with the peso an ever closer reality.

It's taken a lot of work and planning, and regardless of who was elected, those plans will continue.
