Sorry, but that's incorrect. 6/2*(1+2) is exactly the same as 6/2(1+2), or in english, 6 divided by 2 * (1 + 2). In parantheses first, then left to right in order of precendence. It doesn't matter if there is an actual * symbol or not, it still infers multiplication.
