EBS alerts going off in areas with zero weather today (Massachusetts, Washington state, from the threads I've seen so far). The ShakeOut scheduled 4/28 was never reported on AT ALL, and now this... It's time. For what it's worth, there was a bad earthquake in October 2005 after a series of strong hurricanes pounded the Gulf region. These recent tornadoes seem similar in that they were history making weather events. Only time will tell. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1081323 United States 05/03/2011 04:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Well apparently USGS doesn't even know. The lady that I spoke to said maybe it was a server problem. I asked to speak with someone else, so she transferred me... no answer....went to voice mail. So I called back and spoke with same lady again. She told me they are all in a meeting...she put me through to a different line....same thing. :raspberries: I know, I know.....but I have a curious/suspicious mind....LOL |

There were only a few taken down on this page. Not like the US page. I think the thing here is to see which were taken down and to see if they are key areas where earthquakes happen from time to time. That may give a clue here.
