I agree completely. When the Mayan Calendar was converted, did they account for the year 0???

It seems that they may have skipped this year and went straight to 1 AD...if so, 2011 reallyis 2012. AND perhaps this whole crazy talk about jesus coming back 05/21/2011 actually = 12/21/2012

I mean...how certain can we be (as far as accuracy) of the conversion of the Mayan Calendar to the fucked up Gregorian calendar? I think complete total accurate calculation would be extremely difficult . AND if the Mayan calendar predicts a grand alignment, and this is it for 2011 and none to speak of coming for 2012...it certainly makes one wonder if indeed 2011 is THE year.
