The ongoing 'exercise' is a cover for something else. The economic situation in many states is very bad. Nevada just annouced that many public 'services' will be stopped due to a huge budget shortfall. Illinois, Wisconsin, and other states, are documented to be in the same boat! As services are cut there will be an increase in all sorts of crimes, especially violent crimes, and involving guns, and from the news reports coming out recently, its obvious that this is already occuring. Couple this with increases in fuel and commodity prices, along with the devaluation of the Federal Reserve Note (dollar), and the situation is rapidly deteriorating. There is speculation that this is being 'orchestrated' by those who control the 'markets' in order to effect a 'change', and from what can be gathered from information available this seems to be the case.

Impossible, those are liberal states, and we all know that Keynesian economics works so well...

There are numerous high tech IT businesses positioned to take advantage of this, and they are all backed by democratic and humanitarian political and business leaders, scientific organizations, foundations, NGO's, the UN, colleges, universities, NATO, UTAN, etc., etc., etc..
