In Arabic the vowels aren't expressed, usually. So OSAMA is SMA, and USAMA is still SMA.

They are using the U in USAMA to steer the sheeple away from gaffes such as "I'm sure relieved OBAMA was killed ... oh, wait I mean OSAMA, silly me.

Crikey, I don't understand why certain simpleminded folk get so upset over spelling differences. You realize a foreign language with foreign characters is being approximated? Some here were going nuts over the differences in spelling of "Khaddafi."
