There were two grand cross alignments at the time

book said there might be a massive earthquake at that time.

Yes, there was an earthquake... but not the geological kind.

the planetary alignment would have been directly over
His head like an awesome celestial crown.

[the Julian calendar was the calendar Nostradamus used],
this mystery man, Vladimir Putin, first appeared on the
world scene July 1999 when Yeltsin appointed Him Prime Minister.


Nostradamus had predicted a mighty king would come from

was given a very symbolic gift... an exact copy
of the Holy Russian crown... Russia has lots of
imperial crowns... but this one is very special.


The original crown [which is in the Kremlin armory]
may have been given to Ivan 1 by the Mongol Khan, Uzbeg.

given a symbolic gift... a crown cloud hovered
over the city of Moscow on Oct 7 [His birthday.]




Notice the similarity of the crown's fur to the
irregular borders of the crown cloud.
