There seems to be some unholy feedback between media, parents, children and schools. Many parents are uneducated and have had little discipline in their own lives - notice welfare and Jerry Springer.

Parents certainly need to hold the line - and that's a really good argument for home schooling. Media encourages a monolithic perspective, and school does what they're told by the NEA and government. Kids are taught to follow - not discover. They have little free time not occupied by school, homework?, and video games. How many spend hours alone in the woods? Today that would be considered "child abuse".

The system is rotten and needs to be evaluated from the ground up. Each pair of parents can/should do that as an exercise in discovery and development. Empowering individuals and couples to solve their own problems - even by such things as movies(Atlas Shrugged), or listening to really alternative media - on the net, since it's not allowed on the airwaves.

It's really interesting to befriend cross-cultural couples with kids. Their perspectives are far more like your own.

BTW, though responsibility ultimately devolves to the individual, Michelle has a lot to answer for as a media figure and figurehead for the USA. She does well for her own kids, yet thinks she has some divine right to rule other adults. I eat what I choose to and eat in a healthy way - not hers. I exercise daily while producing great value - not just jumping around. Let her just model behavior - not try to force it.

I think that in this case and I stress that, she IS being a good role model by showing up at a school and showing that exercising is "cool" even for the rich and famous/ the leaders of our country.

In general, however, I think her and her husband are parasites sucking at the teet of the USA's relative wealth and power for their own greedy and subversive ends.

I "woke up" just before the last administration. Yes, I do think Bush was the same in many ways. Although, in honesty, I see Cheney as more subversive and evil than Bush, who seems like little more than a puppet or a buffoon.

However, the issues I have with Obama are different. I do feel like he's less openly using the USA, and more openly ANTI American.

It's one thing to use and abuse something. But there's another level of issue with willingly and purposefully trying to destroy it.

In some ways, I think that the others throughout the past have had something that Obama doesn't, with regards to at least some degree of protecting the US's interests... enlightened self interest.

They wanted to keep America up, so they could keep sucking at the teet.

Obama just wants to use it up and dry it up as fast as he can so he can kill the cow and eat the meat and squat on the bones.

So on the one hand, yes, I detest the others. On the other hand, I think that Obama's motives are externally subversive, not simply usury.

While I don't completely agree with you, I will say some of your points fall in line with my beliefs.

I think Obama understands that he is the fall guy (notice in most movies and tv shows, the president is black at the time of world catastrophe). The guy picked to be the captain of the sinking ship.

Being "awoke (or is it awake)" we both probably know that he isn't the one making the decisions, but is the face of those that are. There is a movement to kill the cow, eat the meat, and squat on the bones, but one man can't do that alone, and the president sure isn't powerful enough to so. I believe he is just living the high life and playing his role, waiting to ride off into the sunset.

Lets be honest, would you do any differetnly if you were in his position? Probably not, because you would know that you would end up like Kennedy.
