If a woman uses a sperm bank...
if a US woman becomes pregnant through sperm she received from a sperm bank and the child is born and raised in the US, you'd disallow him from being president if it turned out the father was not a US citizen?

The intent of the natural born clause is to restrict eligibility to people born and raised in an "American" household. A US citizen raising a child and teaching the constitution, values of cooperation, compassion, etc., is raising presidential material. Not so much the kid that goes and lives overseas, has a known foreign national father, another foreign national step-father, adopts foreign citizenship ...

So using your rationale,

You would permit the child to become president, even though his father wasn't a citizen -- so long as he was raised as a proper American.

What if the child was born to two US citizens who take the child at birth to China. The child lives all but the last 14 years of his life in China. Is this child eligible to be president?

Assuming an American character to the household during the child's youth, no affirmative actions of allegiance as an adult and 14 years back in the USA, yep.

Re: If a woman uses a sperm bank...
OP, your question is obviously meant to incite a debate about our usurper-in-chief and try to illustrate how "loony" and "crazy" and maybe even "racist" you think this debate about Barry's citizenship is. If I'm wrong about your intent then I apologize, but it does no good making a loaded point without also clarifying your intent. As no intent was given, the assumption must be that you're a liberal fucktard who doesn't give a shit about the US Constitution as long as you can have your freebies at the taxpayers' expense and worship your Marxist Messiah in the process.

Anyway, I'm sure there are a whole host of legal issues pertaining to women who conceive through sperm donors. What if that child grows up and learns, for instance, that the donor is a multi-millionaire? Is that child entitled to claim some of his estate, even if that means his legitimate children's share would be smaller? I'm not a lawyer, but I'd wager that according to the law, a donor gives up all parental rights and responsibilities. It's most likely seen as nothing more than a biological contribution to the conception and all ties are broken from that point on. For all intents and purposes, the father is unknown and irrelevant in the eyes of the court. (Maybe exceptions are made if the child needs to obtain medical information from the father?)

Luckily, we don't have to worry about any of that in the case of your illegal usurper hero, do we? His "long form birth certificate" (assume what you wish about my quotation marks) plainly states the father as Barack Hussein Obama. Obama's own "Fight the Smears" website states that Senior was a dual British-Kenyan citizen and that that status was conferred to his children. Try to poke all the holes into the natural born citizen clause that you'd like, it won't change the facts. Your deity is a fucking fraud.
