They are former elites who have turned against all forms of manipulating knowledge, wealth, self-improvement, government, religion/spirituality, and society. They believe humans should be allowed to lead their own destiny. The rebels reside mostly in South America and Africa. Rebels made the crystal skulls. We don't know why.
