I never said when, only that I will believe it will happen. A lot of people have a feeling that it will as well. This is why it hasn't happened yet because of the "awareness" involved with this plot. If you are "aware" of their motives then they can produce the results that "they" want because there will be no fear and deceit. The only way to stop any more suffering from happening is for the whole human race to become "aware" of who they are, who rules the world, and that love is the greatest asset to human kind.
