I was responding to the AC that was "bashing" Chris. I responded in haste feeling that he was judging me/others for simply having a dialogue with Chris.

I at one time needed "berating" to straighten my ass up. I was not that good of a person sometimes in my youth.

I was apologizing to the forum in general and to the AC as well.

I was the one he Christopher mentioned "liver fire" to.
He also sent a photo of a shoulder cane for my back problems.I do not have liver fire...I actually had to look to look it up and research what it was. I have no signs, or symptoms.

I read over your post, and I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing. Have you ever taken sea salt baths? They do help with removing toxic build up.
Hyssop is an excellent vitamin as well.

I'm a Sag. But from what I am told I am now considered "on the cusp" with the addition of the other Zodiac signs. My birthday being the 29th of Nov. As for what is killing me, that's a great question. I wish I had a name to call it.

Thing is I have ran up a metric ton of medical bills for just about every test imaginable. Every doctor/specialist says "nothing wrong, test was negative." Memphis, Tn has some great hospital and facilities. Yet, nothing can be found "wrong". I have been offered medication for pain, but I refuse to become addicted to pain killers. What kind of like is that for my children? Plus, you'd be surprise how much a person can get use to pain. As long as I keep my mind, I will be fine.

I have stopped breathing. My heart has stopped. I blackout. Lost my vision on several occasions. Have several pains through my body. The list goes on and on. I'm not a "whiner" or hypochondriac or crazy, lol.

I was told about my situation by a nurse that worked at St Francis hospital. She actually contacted me on her own personal time. She is the one that also told me I will have time to "do what I need to do." Here's the odd connection... she was both my Grandfather's nurse and my Grandmother's nurse at their deaths.

For anyone that has doubts about Chris/Darkness's knowledge. Find the post about him mentioning "fire liver". That caught my attention. He was the second person that mentioned that in my life. I have those symptoms as well, the "cure" had little to no effect. I don't blame him, I blame my situation if I blame anything.

I won't lie it has been a struggle and scary. But for now I have no choice but to accept it. I have made peace and continue to make peace with my God. I try my best to help and not hurt, which for me can be difficult at times. Meditation through kata(martial arts) does wonders for me though.

My favorites are Kanku Dai and Kanku Sho. They are related kata(one being major, one being minor). I find it of no coincidence that the mean "view of the sky" or "to look to the heavens".

It's not fancy or pretty like other martial arts, but it is beautiful to me.

The man in the video is the person who actually taught me the kata one on one. His name is Hirokazu Kanazawa, he is one of the most respected Shotokan sensei/shihan in the world.

So it would be a fair statement those are my "rituals", lol.

So the short answer would be Nothing and Everything.

cleo, yes I have... and I believe I have you to thank for the suggestion, lol. I ordered them from a site I believe you posted for another person. Since I never formally thanked you, Thank You :) A moments relief is such an appreciated thing. This "thing" has been going on since I was 27, I turn 36 this November.

I try everything and anything. Some things give some relief, some not... eventually everything returns. I know pain killers like loratab, percacet, etc would help but I refuse to take them. I know meds like that would only complicate things and cloud my mind.

I had an episode, a pretty bad one, today while eating with my family. Severe pain in my ear, similar to a ice pick being jammed in it, then blurred vision. I've gotten pretty good at hiding it from my children, but my wife can always tell- such is a woman's intuition, haha. As bad as it gets sometimes, it actually pisses me off MORE than it hurts. I fear my kids know, but do not say anything- that's why it upsets me. They just went through the big C with their mother/my wife- who actually is 100% healthy, not in remission- but actually it's not there. This is how I know the Almighty watches, and I do believe the "only what you can bare". I just wonder if he has me confused with someone else sometimes, lol. Of course, I am joking.

I'll probably catch holy hell(pun intended) and be called a churchtard for saying that but I could care less. As I stated I left the Church years ago anyways :P So technically they'd be wrong, lol

Have you ever tried myrrh gum pieces? You can find them online at amazon, in the vitamin section. Myrrh has been around forever, and has fantastic healing properties, as well as natural pain relief.

is it the same as the incense? my wife burns it after we have a sickness in the house like a stomach virus, etc. I asked her why and she said because that's what her mother does, and that's what her grandmother did as well. My wife is black and does many thing that where handed down from even before slavery. They are fortunate enough to be able to trace their roots back to Africa and she goes to a little African market for many things of that sort.

The directions are on the bottle for the myrrh gum pieces. It might seem excessive at first, but, it works! If you get the loose pieces and make it in tea, know that it is a very acquired taste. I prefer the capsules over the tea.

i use myrhh too- burn it to purify the atmosphere- very useful- hadn't heard of gum

you can do a good etheric clean up with salt , water and garlic - i can clarify that process if anyone is interested

every little helps and we are fortunate to have remnants of protective practices still left in our folklore

i do have a smatterng of knowledge of eastern medicine and it's philosophy - if you want to jot a note down of your symptoms then i'd happily have a look and see what i can see

i don't like to direct my energy at the 'idea' of darkness -it fuels a charade but there is a dichotomy

where your intention goes , the chi follows
and i mostly choose to send my chi elsewhere-
sending it towards false energy is a waste of my chi

but behind the false energy is a kernel of something else
