Can the elite influence dreams? (Note - This is NOT an invitation to do so as I do NOT give permission)

I had a very vivid dream about Olivia Wilde (She was all over me in a pool)

I asked her birth date and she said December 26. (Checked when I got up this morning and her birthday was March 10)

So there is no way I was connecting to her telepathically.

It was someone else pretending to be her or just my subconscious mind.

I never usually dream about celebrities but I was wondering if the elite ever use dreams as a weapon to influence people.

I already know the answer to that. It is important question and topic to bring up none the less.
