We were enticed into the flesh and then quickly entrapped there by the material forces. Yes the untrue god rules the material world but it is your god not the creation god. Your god wants worship and sacrifice but blames the creator god for this. The creator does not need sacrifice but does demand respect. The dark side teaches a negative reality viewpoint that causes confusion and in time leads to blind faith in an opposing system. It has purpose but it is not in the truth. Your knowledge is useful in understanding the will of creation but not in understanding the mind of the creator.
