There are terrible truths in the OP's last messsage, consistently building up from his messages so far. Few of us respondents realize this - they ask about their individual lives, their palms, or the OP's opinion on various third-rate mystical writers.

Of course, common folks could still avert it... in case we suddenly get the Israelis and the Pals to just play golf instead of falling at each other's throats, most of the world to switch off their idiot boxes, and generally stop exposing other humans to inhuman conditions, poisons, death and war merely due to the distribution of inherited wealth...
In other words, utopia.

So unless Utopia is suddenly here (and the large majority of masses have been going the opposite way since my youth), this world war is going to happen.
