If you have the psychic mark on the dominate hand but not the recessive hand that means you developed psychic skills but weren't born w/ them. If the mark is on the recessive hand but not the dominate hand it means you were born w/ psychic ability but haven't developed it yet. It's best to have the mark on BOTH hands.
