umm the date for 91/92 was just a heavily traumatic year for me, I had a lot of problems as I feel I was on the Autistic spectrum however, via spiritual understanding and my own nutritional implementation, those problems are gone with the wind and am finally taking advantage of the gifts I have been given over the past few years now.

Do you want to practice samyamas and sidhis? I did tht o over 25 years, I can give you a rundown. Though I am not "elite" in the sense used over here, I would could as one elite hermit in my country.

Some people could choose to just not compete and simplify their lives thus leaving time for spirituality and philosophy.

I would appreciate it. From what I understand, samyama is basically meditating on a point until something happens that I don't know much about. I've attempted samyama to the point where it felt like I was powering up to go super-saiyin but then lost concentration.

Couple more questions Christopher - if we are imprisoned in the material universe, what happens in trillions of years when all the matter has decayed, will every soul that hasn't had a chance to escape by then be free?

Also what would a 100% nephilim guy be like if he were around today? Is there any esoteric reason booze is called spirits?

Perhap you can try Opium 200c homeopathic remedy. I don't normally dish this advice but I understand your suffering.

Wear 2 pairs of socks and pinch of Sulphur between the pair to sleep. Fumigate your room with sulphur on charcoal for 9 day or more. You can't breathe this stuff. Smoke the room and leave it for 1-2 hours then air. Use pure sulphur.

Well, here's the method. Close your eyes and sit relaxed. Open your eyes and check if you're more relaxed with closed eyes. Go back - this only needs to be reinforced the first time.
Now after a half a minute of silence, think of the word Sun. then observe how your breathing changes.After 15 seconds, think of it again, not sharply like a mantra, just think "towards it." As if you're touching a button. Observe how your breathing changes. Minute spontaneous movements can arise, like slowly swinging your head or stooping forward. Let it be. Fifteen seconds later - again, at an even finer level. Observe your breathing. It's OK to see stuff or having the word come back - that does not matter. Fourth time - the same, observe your breathing change... This is the simplest sutra.
Then try the following ones - each 4 times, w/roughly 15 sec afterwards observing how your breathing changes..

Trachea
Bronchial tube
Navel

You might want to memorize a smaller set and practice first - always in this order. Then the subconscious mind remembers it and it is like counting on your fingers. That's the way it works. You do not have a clear word or phrase, yogis say, just a fine intention of wanting to say that. It is more difficult w/phrases - they also have to be thought as one touch, as if you lightly press a button:

Difference between intellect and the transcendent
(then observe your breathing change, 15 seconds)
Transcendence: intuition

If it is not exactly 15 seconds, don't worry. What matters is the gesture that at one time you decide this is it and not others. (It is a frequent experience that words of sutras come back resonating when you first sink the technique in.)

Wait half a minute before coming out - or repeat the whole series.

Phenomenal things can happen but gradually. You have actual samyama not every time, sometimes only one time in such a 9-series. You cannot force it. The long philosophical sutra frequently results in a true dipping into a dreamlike state and peace and loss of time for a while for me after years.

The trick here is that this yogi we learned it from simplified the whole process and said if you do some other meditation before to quieting the mind (he was recommending transcendental meditation but I think many others will do), the mind will automatically jump to samyama sometimes, but if it doesn't, you can never force it - still you can have a good experience of a quieted mind. So you have samyama by not even thinking about it.

Avoid wanting to stay of the conscious level, it is enough to know a vague dreamlike difference between two sutras.
In such practice goal orientation is a backwards thing: let samyama happen as naturally as falling to sleep. Also, do not force any rigid posture. Slight unconscious movements (either small jerking motions of relaxation, or slow movement of the head and neck are actually very good.

Write back after you try this and I will write more. This is the basic set I practice nowadays, we were taught 18 together w/the "flying sutras" which have a different effect.
