I will say kudos to Russia. America covered its tracks when the manufactured crisis in Ukraine, Russia's sore spot, started. Likewise, Russia covered its tracks when the manufactured crisis in St Louis, America's sore spot, was started. Tit for tat. Both leave ppl thinking "this shit happens every day, why does THIS instance get blown up?" Each nation looked for a tinderbox ready to ignite. Racial, cultural, political tensions; economy; inept local government; every factor well researched.  Which civilization would that be? On the notion of "testing grounds", each continent is a lesson.
Europe = knowledge
North America = wealth
Australia = self-improvement
South America = government
Asia = spirituality
Africa = society
Antarctica = foreknowledge
