Get a clock, hold it above you, then below, same, counterclockwise. this is going clockwise. down the left, up the right is counter, up the left, and down the right is clockwise.

Welll though..it depends on which angle your viewing it from. If you were looking at from the top down (i.e. above the plane of rotation) it would rotate counter clock wise...BUT...if you were viewing it from bottom up (i.e. coming from the southern hemisphere) it would appear to rotate clockwise.

Take this example. A record is spinning on a glass table. Looking at it from top it spins clock wise. But if you get underneath the table...it spins counter clock wise.

Not true...if you look at a clock straight on it is going clockwise. If you look at it from behind (or underneat ala the case of the solar system) it is in fact now switched to counter-clockwise from your perspective.

Make the common 'OK' symbol with your right hand. As you travel from the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger, your rotation is counter-clockwise. Now keep your finger and thumb thumb touching, but flip your hand to the palm side. from the tip of your thumb traveling to the tip of your index finger you are now traveling clockwise.

I mean orbit not rotate!

I looked at two other simulations and they run counter clockwise, so what is this about

When looking at the solar system from beneath the ecliptic the planets look like they're orbiting clockwise. From above the ecliptic they orbit counter-clockwise.
