This is such a stupid proposal, the device can be easily tampered with. To do this they would have to tag the individual with the device in the car, but maybe that's what they really want? [ link to market-ticker.org] High gas prices plus this tax looks to me like they are trying to keep citizens close to home so we can be rounded up easily and shipped off to Fema camps???
