You can change the law for citizen requirements at any time, but the constitution spells out the requirements for the president. It would take an amendment to the constitution to change the presidential requirements.

Courts look at what was meant by the founders and the their intention and that would be both parents citizens Well, so far the definition of "natural born" as cited by the OP is a Swiss philosopher of note. What's that have to do with the US Constitution or US Presidential qualifications? George Washington wrote a description and the intent of Natural Born was chronicled in the minutes that were kept of the Constitutional Convention. Washing took the definition out of the dictionary on international politics. Washington by the way, never returned the book to the library.
