Any with Xylitol in it

Re: What's the best toothpaste to remineralize teeth?
The mineralisation of your teeth comes from what you EAT, not from what you brush your teeth with.

To start with, you need to remove ALL sources of refined sugars from your diet.

Refined sugars in your diet cause your body to LOSE vitamins and minerals - especially calcium.

Calcium gets into your body from eating green leafy vegetables. The calcium that they measure in cows milk, is NOT useable by the human body. Its there, just like the nice commercials tell you, but your body is not able to use it.

Just a note: Kale and other green leafy vegetables contain high levels of oxalates. If you eat them, then eat them with something that contains calcium like Yogurt or cottage cheese. The calcium in the yogurt will combine with the oxalates in the green leafy vegetables and make its way out of your body and not form a kidney stone.

[link to en.wikipedia.org]
There are several types of kidney stones based on the type of crystals of which they consist. The majority are calcium oxalate stones, followed by calcium phosphate stones. More rarely, struvite stones are produced by urea-splitting bacteria in people with urinary tract infections, and people with certain metabolic abnormalities may produce uric acid stones or cystine stones.

One very good method to remove kidney stones created from this, if not too large, is to drink Mix 2 oz of olive oil and 2 oz of lemon juice, drink it straight down and follow with a large glass of water at the first sign of stone pain.

Re: What's the best toothpaste to remineralize teeth?
I agree with those who say its what you eat.

If your teeth are degrading on the exterior (the enamel is going) then you most likely have lost it for good.

Go to a dentist, have them measure the enamel and offer you suggestions on to stop the erosion and cover (re-enamel) the teeth.

Enamel loss is often a symptom of malnutrition.

If you already do eat properly, you may have an underlying disorder with the uptake of nutrients from your food. This needs to be seen by a doctor, in many cases it is correctable with medication, in other cases you may have to modify your diet for life along with drug therapies.

Correct, and further, there are several things in your food that STOP your body from uptaking certain minerals, such as calcium, magnesium and zinc: These include:
- all grains (which is why in olden times grains were soaked before cooking) - it is the phytates in grains that reduces your ability to absorb minerals
- soy products (except the fermented ones, ie miso, tempeh) Soy milk, soy protein, soy anything means the body will have great trouble absorbing minerals

Soy and muesli as health products, was one of the biggest con jobs in health history - it ranks up there alongside the Heart Foundation successfully convincing the sheeple that coconut oil, butter, meat fat etc are BAD for you, and that margarine is good for you.

I personally use Dr. Collin's Tooth Restore and it has worked wonders on my teeth. I had actual black cavities in my wisdom teeth. 4 months after using Dr. Collins' my back teeth turned from black to gray and 6 months after, they were white again. I love this stuff.

Re: What's the best toothpaste to remineralize teeth?
You have to get enough calcium, phosphate, vitamin d and vitamin k for your natural teeth reminieralization process to work well.

Also avoid drinking a lot of acidic drinks like soda.

You can help in the remineralizing of your teeth by applying products that are sold for that purpose, known as remineralization gels. You can order them online, like from amazon or ebay.

I use bicarbonate of soda(baking soda). There is nothing in it harm you and it keeps you and your teeth healthy.
If you want to whiten your teeth use a little H2O2(food grade).
But of course everyone knows not to use commercial toothpaste (COLGATE etc) they all contain fluoride which is a by product of fluoride is an essential component of atomic bomb production and was declared a 'strategic and critical' material by the government after World War II, With fluospar, the usual fluoride source, in short supply, they turned to Florida's phosphate industry to recover the industry's captured fluoride. Florida held the world's largest geological deposits of natural phosphate which contain 3 - 4% fluoride.

Good Call but Xylitol is used to coat and protect your teeth. What the OP needs to do is research foods that are good for tooth enamel.

Can I recommend something rather off? Mother Goose told us to put sh1t in our mouth then rinse it out. Unless your bad toxic this most likely will have no effect on the rest of your body.

Sensodyne ProEnamel...... really helps with sensitive teeth... and don't use whiteners- they wear off the enamel.
