So cut back on your milk to no more than one 8oz glass a day. And no soda or sugary snacks. I cleared my skin up in no time when I did that. I totally stopped drinking milk though. I just started taking calcium supplements though to make up for not drinking any milk. |

This is stupid, you don't have to stop drinking milk, (you know that applying milk topically is actually helpful for your skin). They only think you need to do is avoid junkfood and eat healthy to have healthy skin. |

I'm saying ingesting milk raises your blood sugar. So does all food but milk raises in much the same way that sodas and snacks do. Now what happens is that once you have raised your blood sugar your body likes to keep it there. So you eat any and everything around to keep your blood sugar elevated. Elevated blood sugar will cause acne. The trick to being healthy is to maintain a healthy blood sugar at all times. If you |

Also, be careful regarding fruit drinks- I get boils on my ass and balls especially if I consume Fruitopia raspberry kiwi karma. Why? Raspberries contain salicylates and that stuff goes straight to my privates. Some diary products contain salicylates, but only the food items containing the highest salicylate content affects me like strawberries and raspberries. I only drink lemonade juice now because lemons contain low to zero salicylates. The only best thing for your skin is water and fruits/vegetables that you trust. |

Very lightly scrub your face with a very soft washcloth, or do not scrub at all. Don't take off too much layers of skin- natural oils help keep your skin soft. Chlorine affects your skin so best case is to rinse off your face with dechlorinated water after washing with regular water. Chlorine in some areas are not high so this may not be much of a concern. |
