AntarcticanStar User ID: 1361535 United States 05/08/2011 04:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Illegal Immigration and the Democrats Im sorry for how my last post went, I made the wrong comment, towards a person I was not intending on fighting LOL
a british guy.
anyway, on illegal immigration, this is where the democrats really shoot themselves in the foot.
though both parties really do suck. its the candidate, not the party that should be voted for.
The democrats go like, "we stand for the average American"
but then on the same token, this is what they say, AFTER "standing for the average joe" lmao !
"we should have an advanced service economy"
heres the fact :
Advanced service economies require most of its workers to have advanced degrees, if you want any hope of making money.
Thats NOT fighting for the average joe, thats fighting for the ellite, who already have, and can afford, and are personally equipped to get advanced degrees.
and withot jobs available, a degree is useless anyways. ___________________
and then they ask :
"why should we care about illegal immigration?" claiming that
"the only jobs they take, are entry level jobs"
here's the fact.
This is not fighting for the poor either, this is making it less expensive for businesses, at the expense of the poor, who cant find work, because the jobs they are qualified for, are all taken by illegal immigrants. _____________________
An then they say, "we're not just a nation of laws, but a nation of compassion too"
Compassion towards who ?
because they arent showing much compassion for the people they claim to be compassionate for. LOL
Compassionate towards big business who dont have to pay us anymore, maybe. not for the hard american worker. :P
also, yes we ae a nation of laws.
firstly, they want to ban religion, but then they want to replace religion, not with law and order, but with another socially driven non-science ?
especially at the expense of the poor ? lol
they dont sound too liberal to me.
the dems suck as much as the republicans.
in that regard, GLP is right. |
