I posted the cause on the previous page a few days ago. That's exactly what it was. I found the cause... Just fireworks. Late-night fireworks at Statue of Liberty from NECO Grucci is scheduled to stage an 8- to 10- minute fireworks show near the Statue of Liberty tonight in honor of the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations Awards. The start time could come as early as 11 p.m. according to the permit issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, though both the Grucci and NYC 311 websites list the show for 11:30 p.m. From...
