Does anyone see FEMA helping tornado or flooding victims?

They were bragging on the radio about how well FEMA had been helping flood victims this year. I haven't seen it with my own eyes though.

When you have a community of people willing to help at a moments notice, you don't need FEDERAL relief from the blood sucking Feds!

It's called COMMUNITY action! People helping one another! Offering their homes to the homeless, their extra food for the hungry, their extra clothes for the cold, their extra money for the needy, etc etc..

Would like to see actual evidence that these guys are doing something positive like they were supposed to be. Videos, News articles, anything that might make them seem legit.

Well FEMA is taking tax payers money under false pretenses if they are DOING F*** ALL and the community is doing it.

They should demand a REFUND.

How about pinning this until someone or some shill can post evidence that FEMA has spent at least as much as local communities have. Do they really even have a presence?

Almost all FEDERAL agencies will be abolished soon.. And a massive refund will also occur!

Have not heard or seen anything about them.. Heard about people trying to call them and always getting a busy signal.

..you have to call them and actively ask for help. They are helping my niece but they had to be called.

FEMA = Forget Even Minor Aid/Assistance.

Here in Texas, they are supposedly helping with the wildfires, haven't seen them though. They are also promoting building storm shelters and they will reimburse $2000.00 per home owner. I thought that was strange.

May be its just me or some thing because I have never FEMA help a dam soul , all I see is RED CROSS and they are crooks as well but @ least they show up! the people is the only ones I see trying to help one another and and fix things , NO FUCKING FEMA!

My guess is that "fema" is being used to funnel money into other projects under the guise of "peace" and "safety".

here in alabama, the communities are all banding together to help each other out.. not only that, but the surrounding communities, the ones that weren't damaged or directly hit by the storms, they are donating time, energy, food, shelter, clothing, medications, everything you could think of..

hell, there are dental offices that are replacing people's dentures for free!

i've heard that FEMA is around.. apparently they just happened to be having some kind of drill here when the tornadoes hit..

i also heard that their main camp to help tornado victims was set up in montgomery.. why, i have no idea.. most of the storms hit in the northern section of the state

so no, i can't say that FEMA has done much.. i'm sure they're doing some things, but the majority that is helping is the communities and people..
