I'll have to finish it tomorrow, I'm exhausted and going cross-eyed.

I will definitely update the post when the movie is over...it's a little slow.

So far, the movie began with lots of broadcasting about tornadoes and protesting. My husband was like "that's what it looks like now, when was this made?" Then, a mysterious man (Luke Perry, lol) shows up all disoriented and stays with the family....the only people left, so it seems. He keeps quoting scripture and telling them that it's the end. All animals are gone. Then they ran into a gang of losers while looting a grocery store. Of course, they still can't seem to grasp any notions of doom...."what is happening!"

I will let you know how it ends tomorrow.

I might watch it myself this afternoon. Movies are quite prophetic, and for a reason.

Well, sorry to disappoint...but the movie was really boring. The characters were insane and although they knew they were nearly the only people left on the planet, only cared about this traveler who showed up at their home.

Aside from the opening credits which showed current events like quakes and protests....nothing "end-of-world" happened.

Huge bummer, sorry guys!

PS....I still think the name of the town was quite odd, considering the current events....I mean, it could have been any name, you know?
