No, it's a second one that's consuming the first one - you can still see the eye of the first a tiny bit to the right of this one's eye. It looks like a third may be trying to form as well above it.

The Colorado 3.9 quake today was at 37.057°N

Theoretically 37 north could represent the true mid point of Earths mass. While the equater represents a geographical mid point 37 north could represent a physical mass mid point. More land mass in Northern Hemisphere versus Southern Hemisphere.
