Narco Blog: “The Güicho” Sinaloa Cartel Leader in Baja California Captured

Hector Eduardo Hernández Guajardo aka The Güicho, was captured Sunday afternoon by members of the State Preventive Police. The State Public Security Secretariat of Baja California confirmed it.

The detainee, 33, was the successor of Teodoro Garcia Simental, known as El Teo, who previously ran the Sinaloa cartel in Baja California.
