If you watch the foreground for a few, you will see it wafting up from the wooded areas.....

When I posted, there were wafts coming from the foreground that were clearly not drifting from the reactors...they were coming from the ground in front of them at some distance... I watched long enough to catch a glimpse of it being dangerously close to the trees/shrubs.
