Just recently received several memos in email, as well as a typed letter that is sealed "not to be opened" until August 26th. It has the seal of the Department of Homeland Security, and the DOD. It was an envelope with instructions about NOT to open the letter until the 26th.
The memos floating around work and with my co-workers (I work for FEMA) is that we need to start assembling our teams for some major event about to happen. Everyone I work with (all field agents) have gotten this letter.
I am dying to find out but they said if this gets leaked they will terminate employment if they track it back down to you.
I´m so dying to open it up. But one of my co-workers is a female named shall we say "Donna" and she said she´s going to open it ahead of time.
She´s nuts!
All I know so far is that my boss said to get my gear "packed" for status red. Meaning I´m going to be away from home for a long time. I wonder where the hell I´m going.
Anyone got any info on something big happening soon?

It is a felony when you are actually impersonating someone in public to obtain information or to invade someone´s rights. This is no where near a felony. Maybe you should go back to highschool law class or something.
Anyway, go ahead and try your scare tactics on someone else. This is serious stuff. Do people really want to know the truth or what? If I can warn anyone I will. Besides my identity is completely covered here. Nobody could find me if they wanted to.
I´ve got the backing of the entire Gov behind me, and you just some 3rd grade knowledge of the law.

All I know is that they are expecting something to happen and they need us to get packed for an "engagement" somewhere. Whether it´s another hurricane, or some earthquake is expected, I do not know.

Forget it, last time I share information with people. Whatever happens soon, you are on your own. It is my job to help people, and the skeptics that have taken over this website have scared all the good people away. Why should I help a bunch of bloated fat welfare collecting skeptics with nothing to do but to try and elevate themselves by belittling everyone else.
You people are pathetic. When I get some email from Donna, if it is not tracked, I will only share it with my family.

I am Victor. Trinity is right, I did post through some of our boxes in Canada, on Canada´s largest DSL Residential ISP.
It does not mean that I am Canadian, nor does it mean I am located in Canada.
I did post this, as well as other information under other names.
Some people have been trying to discredit me by calling "hoax" and using similar names / locations to post from.
I am going to openly tell you guys this one more time.
I am Fred, I am Daniel, I am Astral Girl, I am Victor and many others. John Titor ring a bell?
I am not predicting anything. I am giving you information indirectly, the best I can without telling you directly and violating the terms I am bound by.
Whoever posted all the "Trickster" society stuff was just trying to smear me and what I do.
If you remember Astral Girl´s posts, now which have been deleted unfortunately, I was able to do many readings and get most of them somewhat right. Beyond "Chance" odds.
With Fred I said something big was going down, perhaps an asassination within the week. Then the London Bombings happened.
Then I made a post with Daniel about a future I saw in a crystal, the aliens showed me. Some of that is still yet to come.
Then I posted under Victor about something big happening right after Aug 26th involving FEMA. Then the Hurricane happened. (It was manipulated by Russia and Iran - some of the first people to offer help)
I cannot tell you people directly what will happen. I can only write creative stories as a way of deflecting blame from myself as nothing but creative stories. I cannot post from my true location, I have to use terminal services across several boxes we have set up across North America. This Canadian one seems the fastest to me.
I can understand why Trinity keeps trying to ban me, and deleting most of my posts that people have tried to call "hoax". That was others, and most likely others who work with the same organization who saw the posts tried to discredit me.
Please BE AWARE - This is just the start. John Titor´s stuff was based on a sci fi novel, but with some twists involving our true future.
Individually we cannot stop it. We cannot bring this out into the open, people wouldn´t believe it no matter what. All I can do is reach the people just "Crazy" enough to believe some of this.
Stay alert and watch for more signs of my postings under different names. I do release information as I can.

PS - that evan memo is about an excersize planned for NC to simulate a nuke threat.
Zakk has said there is a nuke there actually. I´ve seen what he writes and he´s completely nuts, but with a tiny, and actually quite scary bit of truth to it. Schizo´s actually do get plugged into "the source" now and again and are able to predict or foresee future events.
I wouldn´t live in North Carolina if I were you. It will be one of the first to go, so that the fallout doesn´t affect the rest of the country and goes into the ocean.
It will be small, but it will be the first.

You can tell the debunkers were out in force on that one! They did the same thing to Aussie Bloke, and to German Guy. None of these people, who tried to alert us was kidding.
Aussie Bloke´s timing was off, but there is definitely something "up there" coming from the southern skies. Should it land in the Atlantic, there will be a horror show on both sides of the pond.
We should listen and be prepared as much as possible. Things aren´t going to get better, only worse from here on out. Face it or go through a literal hell on earth as these forces are unleashed against us.

Defiler seems jealous none of his predictions are right on.
This Victor guy also claimed there would be an assassination attempt or something within the week and then the london bombings happened. He also said a particular person would be killed or taken out after the london bombings if the person they wanted dead was not among the victims. He said Asian in nature.
Then the cops brutally murdered someone in cold blood and to this day they don´t have an explaination why they went after this guy and killed him (the brazilian guy). He must have looked similar to the Asian guy (Darker colored skin asian from southern asia) as to the person they needed to take out.
So you have Fred, John Titor´s predictions he claims are his, Victor, Astral Girl (he did a reading on me and was dead on for my future and past) Then there was the whole Daniel stuff and the alien crystal. We don´t know about that stuff because it was deleted whether it is coming true or not.
Seems like someone who is continually "right" with predictions either knows ahead of time or is psychic in some way. Or is part of TPTB. |

George Bush also had an interview before, and I´ve looked and looked and looked and cannot find it ANYWHERE, but I KNOW for a fact he said this.
He had an interview where they asked what he would do if he lost the election and he said something like he didn´t know if he´d be re-elected, he only knew how he would "Leave Office". Or something similar.
He implied that before he left office he would do something drastic. I have never been able to find that interview anywhere anymore. |

Titor´s stories were based on a 10 year old online game, not a novel.
I have yet to be impressed by anyone "predicting" hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico during hurricane season or earthquakes in California. |

By the way, though I do pose as Astral Girl, and have actually gotten alot of predictions right, its because I do think my girlfriend and I are psychic.
When I do remote viewing tests on gotpsi.com over the phone (not on the computer) I get an average of 92/100 on all the remote views.
When I make serious predictions about future events within 1 year I am right.
You guys, I had alot of fun with this, but alot of what I typed out was from all the books I´ve read in the past and alot of just plain predictions on my part.
Its alot of what I believe too.
I do believe what I said in alot of the things such as
1) The mark will be a chip
2) There is an astral realm
3) The purpose of life in taking that with you into "the kingdom of heaven"
4) ufo´s and aliens do exist (´ve seen ufos)
5) Peak oil "is" coming soon
6) As I predicted before this became a news story in the AP - we´ll see alot of hurricanes and some even in December
7) The picture of a planet coming close to the earth and water welling up from the ground was a very vivid dream I had
8) The red dust in the air as fireballs streak across the sky and people watching them was a very vivid dream I had as well.
9) 2012 will be a galactic alignment that will allow passage in some form of either ships, souls or something.
10) A soul´s structure can be torn apart, or leeched in some way. That is the purpose in life - to strengthen your soul to cohesion before you die.
Anyway keep track of this post. If any of the predictions (which I have to re-read) come true, which they probably will. You may want to read more in the future. I´ve seen much more than this. |

the Defense Science Board Task Force will focus on: (1) What

vision are followed at various DoD levels; (2) What organizational
change is needed within DoD to improve our ability to conduct or

additional staffing is required for any new or

Note the dates. Memo written on Aug 23, recieved by Federal Register on Aug 26 (the day evacuations began), and published on Aug 29 (the day Katrina made landfall). Members of the public wishing to attend were to respond no later than Aug 26 - the memo was not published until Aug 29. The meeting was held on Sep 2.
The Defence Science Board is generally occupied by military industrial types with many of them exerting tremendous influence over government while not actually being part of the government and therfore not accountable.
They are essentially part of what has come to be known as the shadow government.
Interesting language in the clips below:
