NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP is just too damn hard for the Obamacrats to comprehend!

God I'm getting sick of this. All the bickering and fighting over what the term "natural born citizen" means. Why is it so damn hard to understand for you people? Everyone name-calling and demanding US laws to prove the definition? WTF is this shit? Can't you people use your fucking brains?!? The term is really quite simple, it means that citizenship falls upon you NATURALLY, by virtue of your birth. Think about the words, God damn it! THINK! It's not about where you are born, for Christ's sake!

Look, what does the word "natural" mean? This should be easy enough for people to understand, so break it the fuck down!

Natural quite literally means "not acquired by OUTSIDE influence; or inherent, by nature" in the context of this term. In other words, the identity that the term "natural" points to was not given by an un-natural act, such as by a law granting said identity. It means you inherited it! And how the fuck did you inherit this identity? By virtue of your birth, which brings us to the next word in the term, Born.

What does it mean to be born? I'm sure you empty headed fools can figure this one out, and if you can't your hopelessly fucking lost.

Born means that you are brought into existence by birth. By Birth, GET IT?! So how does the whole birth thing work then? Well, you need two parents to conceive! So you got two parents that conceive, and the child is born... OK so where do you go from here? Well, being born, you are naturally a person, but you are also a citizen. There's no way around this. So what's a citizen?

A citizen is a person owing loyalty to and entitled by birth OR naturalization to the protection of a state or nation. Notice "birth" OR "naturalization" in the sentence. The OR is there for a reason, it means there is more than one way to acquire citizenship. In fact, there are three ways to become a citizen, and ALL persons born are citizens, regardless of laws. But, laws can and do confer citizenship as well.

Birthright citizenship

The fourteenth amendment GRANTS that ALL persons born within US territories shall be US citizens, regardless of parentage.

Naturalization

The naturalization process is where immigrants apply for and are granted citizenship by an act of law.

Natural born citizenship

A natural born citizen is one in which citizenship is granted REGARDLESS of law, because the citizenship status is INHERENT BY VIRTUE OF BIRTH. NO LAW IS NEEDED TO GRANT THIS TYPE OF CITIZENSHIP!

The very nature of natural born citizenship states that the identity, i.e., citizen status, comes NATURALLY, and NOT BY AN ACT OF LAW! An act of law is un-natural, therefore it can not confer NATURAL citizenship.

So then, if no act of law can grant natural born citizenship status, how then is it acquired? The term itself identifies how it is acquired. NATURALLY! And how is it acquired naturally, you ask? When BOTH parents share the same citizenship, the child NATURALLY inherits that citizenship status.

THAT'S WHY IT'S FUCKING CALLED NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP!

If you have a mother who is an American citizen, and a father who is a French citizen, how do you determine the citizenship of the child? Which one does the child take citizenship from? Only an act of LAW can determine this, and in the context of law I mean OUTSIDE DETERMINATION! In such a case as this, there is no natural inheritance. The citizenship MUST be decided upon by OUTSIDE DETERMINATION. Therefore this kind of citizenship CAN NOT be natural. But, as can be witnessed by the fourteenth amendment, if that child is born on US soil, an act of LAW can grant citizenship to that child, JUST NOT NATURAL CITIZENSHIP. The same will happen if two French citizens have a child in the US. That child will be granted US citizenship UNDER LAW. It can also decline that status and take French citizenship.

Now, if two French citizens come to the US, become NATURALIZED by an act of LAW, and then have a child, since BOTH parents are now US citizens, they can NATURALLY confer US citizenship on their child. If one French citizen comes to the US, acquires US citizenship via naturalization, then marries an American and has a child, that child NATURALLY becomes a citizen. That's how it works.

BUT... Two non-citizens CAN NOT naturally confer US citizenship status on their American born child, because they DON'T have that status to give. ONLY an act of law can grant citizenship in this situation, therefore, the child CAN NOT be natural born.
