Breathing is the easiest body function to take over and begin to do "Consciously" which is usually handled by the Higher-Self, this will create a bridge bewtwwen the two selves. Other body fuctions can be handled by the waking conscious by Monks who have trained years to do this, they can control their body Temp, Heart Rate, Etc. For the normal peron, Breathing Consciously is the easiest way to connect to Source. |
