Wasn't there some Whitehouse.gov blogpost the other day about 'If An Asteroid hit earth -- and coming soon, what we can do about it?'

Or am I confusing it with some other doom like Solar Flares?

However, an asteroid impact or close fly-by still makes it relevent -- there is a lot of evidence out there to point to earthquakes, alignments and Elenin. In fact there's a whole list -- every time there's an alignment with 'Elenin' there's a substantial earthquake somewhere in the world. Going back many years -- at least since 2008. If I can find the list, I will post it because there are just too many 'alignment/EQ combos' to make it inconsequential.
