You certainly do have many, many rights. The judges who voted on this opinion are just plain wrong. They're short-sighted and have misinterpreted common law. They are trying to set a precedent which shall be overturned.

Never lay back and say "I have no rights". Stand up. YOU rule this world.

I thought about that, too. Since the popo are pretty much an occupying army these days, if they can now just come into your house whenever for whatever, and you have nothing to say in the matter, I erred on the side of the third.

This government of our just completely overstates it's authority. Just slam it on the people and forget the constitution. I have a feeling that the framers would seriously disagree with this ruling. I hope this is pressed to the supreme court of the land......WRONG, JUST WRONG.

Ok first of all this is about the 5th Amendment not the 3rd. The third is about quartering troops (a.k.a government forcing troops to stay in your home.) This is the fith Amendment, violating the use of a warrent. As the cop had no reason to enter without a warrent the citizen had no reason to shove him against a wall.
