i have a friend(a girl) with horrible BO.. she smokes like a chimney so i guess she cant smell herself...

I think I know what it is. I was a dental assistant years ago and smelled it on some people. if their oral hygiene is not good and they don't brush and floss, then they get this build up on their teeth. Their beathe will smell terrible.

Sometimes I have to take the bus to work and one of my coworkers sits beside me on the bus. Her breath smells horrible. I can barely stand it. I actually changed the time I go to work to avoid her sitting by me. That's how terrible it is.

Probably just pieces of food, especially meat, lodged between his teeth, rotting. A good teeth cleaning and flossing would probably help a lot.

invest in a tongue brush.. i know a person that had black shit come off his tongue, says it really makes a difference.

i brush my own tongue with my toothbrush and see a dentist and floss like 2x a week i know i should more. i have no idea if i would have bad breath though because i smoke and that stench just hides any other stench that might permeate out of my gaping mawwwww....
