Question for Irish people!!!
My husband is Irish and he argues that our 19 month old doesn't need her own passport but can travel on his. I tell him the laws have changed, but he doesn't believe me.

Please give info that will PROVE what I'm saying is correct.

Just slip a dollar inside the passport.

These days the paddy's are so broke they'll let you straight in.

Seriously though joint passports issued before October 1st, 2004 are usually still valid. But check with the Irish Embassy in the States to make sure.
