Give her 1000mg of vitamin C a day. She will never have another nosebleed again.
Quoting: ELricthis THIS^^^^ and nosebleeds are one of the side effects of Naproxen. Have you tried OTC allergy/sinus meds? If that's whats giving her headaches there are a LOT of things milder than Naproxen that might help (and cheaper, too)...check the actual ingredients, there are many duplications out there. And check out neti pots/or sinus rinses, too.
