It's a warm rain, more like we'd see in late July. I'm surprised since the forecast was for showers. fairy breezy and a rumble of thunder now and then. 9:30 now and still heavy rain. Yes, even for the Pacific Northwest. Just to throw it out, the Puget Sound area has had three sunny days, turned into chem-trailed, silvery late afternoons. Clouds looked very sharp and digital yesterday afternoon. If that makes sense. -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |

I followed a Seattle area radar anomalies video on u-tube. Besides circles, there were dagger-like flashes on the radar pointing from sw Washington to Seattle. On Saturday afternoon, a storm brewed in the sw and moved toward Seattle. Seattle was hit unexpectedly, with the forecast showing only showers. The storm grew larger as it crossed the Cascades. Normally, storms here weaken crossing this mountain range, and tornadoes are rare. Seattle and Olympia airports had record rain on Saturday, May 14. Seattle's record that day was 80% more than the old record. Looks like Sunday’s precip record was also broken. The video was correct in interpreting the radar anomalies for Seattle. Is that floating radar bubble thing still in the Seattle area? This will be my 5th summer in the Portland area. It seems that each summer has been cooler than the one before it. Note that the Zetas mentioned that the seasons would start to blend before the pole shift…strange, eh? |

And I posted this thread the other day about the record rainfall. Thread: Seattle has nearly all the total rainfall amount for the month in 15 hrs Weird things going on in Lake Washington too. -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |
