You could try enabling MAC filtering so that only the MAC addresses you allow can connect

set up mac address filtering, that will stop him

once you are on there change your password security to wpa2 or wpa instead of wep.. make sure you mix your password with numbers and letters do not use any words make your password something like this u44i899jdc778j because if you use wep anyone can hack it in 3 to 5 mins easy cause weps are easy to hack.. make a wpa password like i told you above and before you make the wpa password set your neighbor up let him get on your modem so you can identify his computer.. and simply use make address filtering along with wpa security it will take him months at a time to hack your Internet unless he is a skilled hacker and has a very good dictionary type of attack. good luck bro also you can hack the Internet with a phone with android using a free down loadable program called router keygen jaja.. or use backtrack even better good luck..

You can also make your WIFI 'undiscoverable'...all major wireless routers have this utility.

Don't use WEP encryption. It's been broken for years. It's very easy to crack with AirSnort.

Use WAP or WAP2 with TKIP or AES.

That undiscoverable crap doesn't work with Airsnort. It's still findable. Also, when you're cracking WiFi, you don't have an IP, except for the default local routing IP, which is useless (192.168.1.XXX). The whole idea is to get the WiFi adapter to go into monitor mode and to try to grab packets from the routers nearby. That doesn't work if you're connected to another router.
