well its wednesday and i should be hearing back by around 1pm today with teh latest results in the 9th circuit court of appeals....sorry for the 2 day gap in thread, just waiting on information....as for that CT legislation that was looked up for me on here, It is in the process currently in commitee. I am seeing what the hold up is because of the detrimental effect that would have here. Very touchy topic.
