Something to think about :

We put up satellites in geosynchronous orbit and they cannot maintain that exact orbit without spending fuel to occasionally fire thrusters. FACT

Now taking that to the moon, lets assume it is just a rock. How can it maintain a perfect orbit (within 1 inch year) and have a perfect rotation such that half of its surface is never visible. The odds of a rock doing this are 1 in 1,000,000,000,000, ..... !!!
