You're correct. I read New Orleans isn't as bad now because all the thugs left New Orleans for Houston and other cities during Katrina.

I just wanted to say that I feel bad about saying this as a fellow American... I am sure that people all over America will be willing to help a citizen in need.

This invitation should be respected by the certain groups who really caused destruction last time though. Be grateful this time, and understanding that bad behavior will not be tolerated.

I was a teacher in Texas schools when Katrina happened

Most Texans were really eager to help out

until we met them and saw what they were going to do

which was UTTER DESTRUCTION


It would have been better and easier to bring 40 baboons to the school and set them loose
