Blame? I'd start with mostly blaming all the therapists and psychiatrists...when the concept of victim, abandonment,inner-child,yada,yada, took over so many people were given the green light to blame others and continue to blame others for their own unhappiness and repeating of their own mistakes,addictions,bad relationships,crime,on and on.
Combine these issues with legal perscriptions that are given out like candy and wa-la..a weak,sick,miserable society and drugged children with drugged parents and adults surrounding them.
