In Canada they've screwed up the real estate market so badly! They buy up so much expensive property that it has raised the price of property so average hard working folks who are born here can't buy homes. Then on top of it, they live in their homes 2 or 3 months out of the year. The rest of the time they go back to China. Crazy! Hope the US takes on some of them.
