We had clouds but also areas of light and color of sky nearby suggested such. I did report that yesterday morning, sun was higher than the 30 % it was supposed to be at the time I checked. The sun this morning also came up slightly further south than I would have expected for the 2 day period since I last observed. I completely forgot to time high noon yesterday and establish a shadow mark so I could get tilt comparisons at high noon. Maybe today.... will set my alarm again, which did yesterday and forgot what I had set it for. So with the sun up late, and the location being slightly off, that reflects an issue with both tilt and rotation. Quoting: Nobody in ParticularI see you have your array working again? Ok, Yesterday I slept in so didn't get the rise. today, Rise is ON time, BUT north by about 1/2 the size of the disk, from 2 days ago. this reflects a change in tilt.
