Except for the M 4.8 -ish near Sochi, Russian Federation? Don't have the USGS service on hand, but read it from a Russian news post. Strange, can't think of any faults there. So why is it shaking?

struck offshore Tuesday morning (1:53 am local time) with the epicenter 236 km (147 miles) northwest of the city of Saumlaki (Banda Sea)

At about the 7:20 mark it talks about an early warning earthquake system that

looks for signals in the ionosphere. I have not read this whole thread but

occasionally stop by if there is an EQ or warning. I searched the thread
