Thought you might like to know we have had a swarm of tremors at the epicenter of the 2010 earthquake. At least 24 in the last 24 hours. 5.2 the highest.

This is south of me so I have only felt a couple, but very mildly.

Nicaragua San Cristobal volcano: Hundreds told to leave

Nicaraguan authorities have ordered the evacuation of several hundred people living near San Cristobal volcano.

Officials also declared an amber alert for five sq km ( two sq miles) around the volcano, which began spewing ash and gas on Tuesday...

The sinkhole news seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth. Nothing posted on the parish website since 12-22. The seismos are still active. When I find some news, I'll post it.

Just wanted to pass this along.

My granddaughter is staying with us for part of her Christmas vacation from school. This morning when she got up, she told me she had a bad dream. She said she dreamed she was at school and an earthquake happened and lasted for a long, long time. She said it was a 10.4.

She has always been a very exceptional child. Very empathic and intuitive. So I am paying attention to her dream. (Could fill a book with stories of her childhood! LoL) Not saying it will be that big, but still makes the bells and whistles go off.

And, as I write this we have another quake.
