23:30utc/19:30est significant amplitude signal seen on ELF. Possible 4+. Be weary folks in Earthquake prone areas today. Earth Very active seismically these past few hours.

If you have a long pencil bend it close to your ears without breaking it, that sound you here it make is very similar to what you look for on ELF. That is the precursor signal, sometimes followed by large thumps, only if of significant amplitude. Remember not to let that pencil crack next to your Ear.
