How do you read that?
Is there an example when it went "crazy" before and something wicked happened?
Thanks AK

Hi hi Ako and TTW... Haarp looks active many say that when haarp is running @ 2.5 frequency its a signal for an earthquake. Here's a video on how haarp looked 48 hours before the Japan quake:

hiHi TW here is the information I was putting together when I lost power.
Thank You for posting that 88 hugs
The image above that 88 posted is a time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz. The spectrogram images are produced by computing the PSD (power spectral density) of successive 102.4-second segments of time series data, and plotting these spectra as color/intensity slices along a 24-hour scale for
an example here is one from Sept 02 2004 that went for over 72 hours [link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] of narrowband PC1 pulsations
These 2 earthquakes hit when the pulse subsided
Sept. 5 Near the south coast of western Honshu, Japan 7.2 Sept. 5 Near the south coast of Honshu, Japan 7.4

This is an example of wideband ULF noise during a magnetic substorm from July 27 2004 [link to www.haarp.alaska.edu]
when this subsided the reports for Earthquake swarm on 29-30 July followed by floating pumice came in with the largest quake reported at 5.4 but that is in question as it was on the sea floor some scientists say it was much larger [link to www.volcano.si.edu]

While I was looking for examples I found this report [link to www.nat-hazards-earth-syst-sci.net]
with a lot of information and graphs if you read page 17 this theory was proven in studies that the TEC and ionospere data shows the high intensity pre-earthquake anomolies we see in the HARRP instrument readings I post on here occur 1-5 days prior to major earthquakes which means we are right about what we are looking at! This is very exciting news and we are on the right track taking it one step further perhaps because now we are noticing that the large earthquakes hit as soon as the frequencies subside as in the current graph [link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] if you look in the middle where it subsided after 12:00 and before 16:00 when it started again that is the time frame of the large earthquake from today(yesterday actually)6.4 Balleny Islands region 2012-10-09 12:32:04 61.033°S 153.960°E 10.2 we are now seeing another huge spike from 16:00 on it will be interesting to see if when this subsides we see another large quake.

The graph 88 displayed ran for 3 days prior to the Japan quake the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) publication Technology Review, findings are presented alongside a different theory called Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere Coupling, which hypothesizes that the heating in the ionosphere may have been caused by the impending earthquake as the fault line released radioactive radon. This theory, of course, is not actually proven, but is instead presented as a possible explanation for the presence of the high-density electrons and emitted infrared radiation that was observed in readings. I am going to go back and research large quakes and readings as far as I can I think we will find the correlation and strong pairs of variables are related. With that said... I could be completely wrong and have wasted a lot of space on this page, my time and everyone that reads this as I am just a GPL'er, a nosy novice but connecting all the dots certainly has been exciting and it would be awesome if we could prove and perfect the theory to give people an advanced warning. How great would that be! Thank you all for cheering me on hf

Dett posted that, but i have been watching haarp for a long time, and have done the comparisons and seen the haarp charts days before major eq's and i will say that 2.5 is a nasty reading...usually about 2-3 days after the reading starts, large eq's or other natural nasties do occur.
Peace
